We are now recruiting a Software Support Engineer to provide client support for our applications "First Priority" and "Chem Alert" throughout Australia and the world. The successful applicant must be able to logically work through problems in consultation with our Development and Client Services team in order to provide solutions for our clients. This is an exciting and challenging role in a progressive IT company and requires a suitably motivated, talented and client focused individual.
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to work with our clients, consultants, product owners and development team to design solutions for product enhancements, ensuring that the technical design meets our clients' needs.
