Are you sure you're getting an original manufacturer's SDS?

Throughout Australia, there are governing bodies in each state that regulate the employer’s legislative responsibility regarding the provision of SDS. It is important to note that Chem Alert meets the legislative requirements as follows:

• Original, unaltered manufacturer’s SDS are available from Chem Alert.
• The updated SDS are requested by RMT on behalf of the employer.
• The Chem Alert reports are provided for use at the employers discretion in conjunction with the original, unaltered manufacturer's SDS.
• All state legislative bodies have been contacted. All have confirmed that Chem Alert satisfies the requirements of the legislation in addition to providing supplementary information in the form of Chem Alert reports.

Each state has their own Acts and Regulations, which outline the requirements that employers must meet.
